Blood
The blood of Cibola does not flow from father to son like other bloodlines. It is a blessing brought by the priests of the Empire, though their blessing is capricious, and not all who receive it necessarily desire it. The character's blood runs thick and dark, and grants a number of benefits. Sometimes this blood is offered a blessing to those who might die without it. Sometimes it is forced on a slave to experiment. Those with power in Cibola will almost always have undergone this ritual.
